A bollard testifying to the passage of the 2nd Armoured Division of General Leclerc in 1944 is located on our territory in Darney. Bollards are planned for installation in Hennezel and Escles.
This véloroute, initiated by the PETR of the Plaine des Vosges, makes you discover the communes crossed in 1944 by the 2nd Armoured Division of General Leclerc. The Way of the 2nd DB starts from Saint-Martin-de-Vreville and goes as far as Strasbourg. About 100 bollards are already located along the route, of which more than 10% are in the Plaine des Vosges.
